Responsibilities Position Summary: This position supports the donor testing laboratory and all testing clients to ensure customer service is of the highest level and that testing requests follow applicable regulations. Essential Functions: Assist the Client Services Supervisor and Lead in coordinating and delivering customer service for laboratory client Responsible for meeting the daily needs of testing clients including sending initial and follow-up testing results. General office work such as filing, faxing, and data entry and billing Serve as the secondary point of contact for external laboratory clients. Deliver all aspects of testing and customer service for laboratory clients Track quality indicators for clients e.g. reactivity rates, turn-around time, sample reject rates. Handle client re-entry samples and special request to ensure they are tested as needed. Non Essential Functions: Prepare various reports. Any related duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies regarding sample suitability Serve as back-up for sample send out for confirmatory testing. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma required. Experience: Customer Services, Related Laboratory Experience preferred. Schedule: Mon. & Thurs. 5pm - 11:30pm; e/o Wednedsay 5pm - 11:30pm and e/o weekend 6pm - 11:00pm and holiday rotation included.
