Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Global Leader for Governance and Enablement for Artificial Intelligence across the company
  • Drive alignment across the company of global standards (ISO42001:2023, EU AI Act, etc.) and oversee relevant certification and attestation efforts
  • Maintain the authoritative registry of all AI projects, their status and project "owners" aligned with business units, workstreams, specific client engagements and on-demand staus and reporting
  • Adapt existing framework and lead a multi-tiered AI Governance Council comprising cross-functional stakeholders from Executive leadership, AI Practice, Legal, CISO, Finance, HR, and Business Units
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), covering permitted applications, prohibited behaviors, human oversight requirements, and escalation procedures, including clear acceptable use categories aligned with EU AI Act risk classifications, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001 controls
  • Drive cultural adoption of responsible AI practices through training programs, awareness campaigns, and governance champions networks

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8-12 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred
