The Content Team plays a pivotal role in creating, managing, andoptimizinghigh-quality digital content that drives engagement, enhances user experiences, and supports businessobjectives. As a dynamic and collaborative group, we specialize in crafting compelling narratives, ensuring content consistency across platforms, and aligning with brand guidelines to deliver impactful messaging that meets audience needs and business goals.

From website copy and multimedia assets to campaign materials and SEO-driven content, we are dedicated to delivering innovative and user-centric solutions that elevate the digital presence of our organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of digital content creation and deployment across T&F marketing
  • Creation and curation of trusted digital content
  • Use ofweb traffic analysis and keyword research
  • Ensuring all content creation activities are within brand guidelines
  • Appropriate, legal,safeand effective use of AI techniques and tools
  • Work with Insightsteam to understand and measure effectiveness of channel activity,performance,and ROI
  • Collaboratewith Regional teams, Insightsteam, Workflow Managers, and others
  • Collaborate with theWebteam, Insightsteamand others, to supportoptimizationof customer journeys
  • Support team management workflows in close cooperation with workflow processmanagers.
  • Works to measurable KPIs for their area,measuring andreportingon progress linking to the achievement of organizationalobjectives.
  • Ensure that colleagues are kept up-to-date and engaged with activities and the on-going results, and adapt activities in line with performance and evidence
  • Contributes to driving a culture of high-performance bydemonstratinghow to effectively develop and grow the capability in their area of expertise.
  • Take fullaccountabilityfor managing own learning, taking responsibility toidentifyand develop skills gaps.
Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in content marketing campaign delivery
  • Understanding and enthusiasm for SEO best practices
  • Evidence-based approach to activities, with the skills to use data to inform all areas of work
  • Excellent project management,copywriting,and proofing skills with an eye for digital design
  • Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, email creationplatformsand/or other bespoke IT systems

What we're offering in return:

  • Annual salaryranging from $68,959 - $73,772 + up to 5% annual bonus
    • Salary commensurate with experience
