Job DescriptionThe Campus Store Sales & Service Associate provides frontline service and support for campus store operations, ensuring an efficient, customer-focused experience for students, faculty, and visitors. This role is responsible for point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, merchandising, and assisting with online and sponsored student orders. The Campus Store Sales & Service Associate also supports general office and clerical functions, maintains store organization and cleanliness, and contributes to the overall success of retail and cafe operations. Working under the direction of the Campus Store Manager or designee, the Operations Associate upholds service excellence while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and inventory control. Physical AbilitiesMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. Frequently operates computers, cameras, and other standard office or creative equipment. Occasionally moves equipment weighing up to 25 pounds for events or on-site productions. May be required to travel between TSTC locations or to event sites as needed.
