You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Sales Leadership & Dealer Partnership
  • Lead selling efforts with the assigned dealer to achieve Steelcase revenue targets
  • Build trust-based relationships with dealer sales teams, designers, and leadership
  • Act as the primary Steelcase liaison to ensure alignment and shared success
  • Business Development & Strategic Planning
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealer sales teams
  • Build strong relationships with external clients, commercial real estate, and other key industry influencers
  • Co-develop and implement strategic account plans for key competitive accounts and opportunities
  • Align regularly with dealer leadership and internal Steelcase teams on goals and progress
  • Host effective client experiences in the dealer showroom and Steelcase WorkLife Studio
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Confident, challenger-style sales approach
  • Strong planning, organization, and timemanagement skills
  • Experience in contract furniture or the commercial interiors industry
  • Established connections in the built environment community
Location Requirement:
  • This position is in Houston on-site four days a week, with most time spent at either McCoy Rockford or the Steelcase Worklife Studio.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Steelcase does not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of a dealer-based sales model
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
Pay Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $91,400 - $114,200 - $142,800.
You will also be eligible for profit sharing bonus and a sales incentive plan.
