Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the Program Manager (PM) in directing and ensuring all aspects of service delivery under a particular contract(s) within the Exam Management Department. Assists in the application of various resources (human, internal, and external) in order to meet agreed-upon commitments under assigned contract(s). Supports the PM in the execution of service deliverables per contract while consistently achieving profit targets, and serves as the primary interface with clients, under the guidance of the PM. Reports to the Program Manager.

Candidates local to Cape Canaveral Florida is preferred, but we will consider remote for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as supporting interface with PM to Clients throughout the program life cycle.
  • Interfaces closely with client officials.
  • Ensures Client satisfaction by delivering quality service and solutions.
  • Implements and executes all contractual service delivery requirements.
  • Supports Program Manager in direction of program activities in accordance with Acuity policies and procedures.
  • Works with Program Manager to ensure identification and assignment of resources to each task or deliverable.
  • Develops and guides program staff under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Assists in providing Senior Management and the Client(s) with metrics to assess program performance.
  • Provides backup and support to all responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner.
  • Follows the corporate safety policy.
  • Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals.
  • Ensures safe operating conditions within area of responsibility.
  • Encourages co-workers to work safely.
  • Identifies close calls and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
  • Assists in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, and other mandated regulations/standards.
  • May serve on the OSHA VPP, Safety, and Wellness Committees.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education or experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills required with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health-related field (preferred).

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • May require bending and lifting up to 15 lbs.
