Job Summary

Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value. You will oversee all aspects of lifecycle marketing, from journey mapping and deployment to reporting and optimization. By utilizing personalized, 1:1 communication strategies, you will drive retention and business growth across defined customer roadmaps. This position requires strong analytical skills to monitor engagement signals and deploy intervention strategies for at-risk accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to MarTech teams to ensure seamless execution within Salesforce and Hubspot. The ultimate objective is to reduce cancellations and increase overall renewal rates.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Map the end-to-end customer journeys to ensure seamless onboarding and consistent engagement across channels.

  • Develop logic for tailored communications based on industry verticals, service types, and user personas.

  • Design adoption and advocacy programs that drive product utilization and transform clients into brand advocates.

  • Provide strategic briefs and logic requirements to the MarTech team for execution in SFMC or Hubspot.

  • Monitor engagement signals and sentiment to identify at-risk accounts and deploy intervention strategies to stabilize.

  • Align with the Growth Campaign teams to ensure nurture efforts support a seamless foundation for cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

  • Track and report on lifecycle metrics, identifying gap-closing measures to meet retention targets.

  • Translate complex campaign results into actionable business insights for leadership presentations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent years of experience.

  • Experience: 5 or more years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing is required.

  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms (SFMC/Hubspot).

  • Data Proficiency: Proven ability to evaluate consumer data to drive measurable business gains.

  • Bonus Systems: Experience with Google Analytics, Workfront, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Base Pay Range $94,100 - $115,200 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable). #LI-Remote
