Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: TheQuality Failure Analysis Engineer serves as a senior technical individual contributor responsible for independently driving complex failure analysis investigations on semiconductor devices and assemblies. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with failure analysis tooling and methodologies, including SEM, FIB, and EDS, as well as strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and circuit behavior. The engineer will lead technically challenging investigations, establish and optimize FA techniques, and provide expert-level analysis to support manufacturing yield, reliability, and product quality improvement.
