The Enrollment Services Specialist is an excellent opportunity for earlycareer professionals who are eager to build meaningful experience while making a real difference in students' lives. In this role, you'll support prospective and current students, families, faculty, and staff by providing thoughtful, studentcentered service across a range of enrollment functions. As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will deliver highquality customer service across all three campuses and within the community, gaining handson experience in areas such as financial aid, student accounts, student records, and registration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and developing strong communication and problemsolving skills. The Enrollment Services Specialist serves as a trusted resource-helping individuals navigate university processes, answering questions, and ensuring accurate, consistent information is shared. With guidance and training, you'll grow into a confident problemsolver while contributing directly to student success and retention. Through proactive outreach, coordinated programs, and the use of modern, technologybased tools, this position offers valuable professional development and exposure to higher education operations.
