What Makes This Role Great: This isn't just a reporting role; you will be the primary architect and governor of Trimble's global marketing data ecosystem. You will have the unique opportunity to build a "single source of truth" from the ground up, integrating diverse web, product, and CRM data into a sophisticated BigQuery environment while championing cutting-edge privacy and server-side tracking standards. Key Exciting Responsibilities *Build strong partnerships with corporate teams to influence and support a global server-side GTM tracking implementation, enabling seamless data collection across digital properties. * Architect and maintain high-performance data pipelines that integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Marketo, and paid media data into a governed Snowflake warehouse. * Transform raw datasets into sophisticated, cost-optimized data models and certified assets that enable self-serve analytics for global stakeholders. * Operationalize advanced data quality checks and deduplication rules to ensure the highest integrity for lead routing and campaign segmentation. * Partner with cross-functional leadership to define core business metrics and manage the technical implementation of consent-aware tracking. Essential Skills & Experience * 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or BI, preferably within a B2B SaaS or hardware environment. * Expert-level proficiency in SQL within cloud data platforms, including window functions, query optimization, and cost-conscious data processing practices. * Deep technical expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and debugging at scale. * Proven experience integrating complex MarTech stacks including Marketo and Salesforce. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Apps Script for automation and system integration. Bonus Points For * Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or dbt modeling. * Familiarity with server-side GTM deployments and CAPI integrations for ad platforms. * Proficiency in Python and experience supporting marketing lift tests or MMM inputs.
