Workplace Capabilities Director The Opportunity: We are seeking a Director of Workplace Capabilities to lead one of the most visible and transformative functions within our Global Workplace organization. This role sits at the center of how our physical environments are designed, delivered, and operated spanning capital project delivery, space planning and occupancy strategy, and the workplace technology ecosystem. The Director will have the unique opportunity to design, build, and scale an integrated capabilities function that powers a modern, data-driven, and high-performance workplace across a complex, mission-driven enterprise. You will operate in a high-growth, technology-forward environment within the government space, where workplace strategy directly enables mission delivery, innovation, and enterprise performance. You will also lead the execution of a flagship corporate headquarters project, one of the most high-profile initiatives in the company. This role is highly strategic but grounded in execution requiring a leader who can translate vision into scalable capabilities, drive outcomes through an outsourced delivery model, and operate as a true owner of performance. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
