Schedule: 9/80 hrs/Week. - (1 ^st shift) About the Opportunity: The Senior Associate, Project Management, supports both internal and external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program. This role ensures alignment between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. Responsibilities include mentoring on project issues and implementing mechanisms to track progress and drive problem-solving. Oversees and manages internal and external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program. External aspects need leadership and broad expertise across a multitude of disciplines. Influences the adoption of practices, approaches, and concepts across multiple disciplines. Reviews the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops and implements mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 6+ years of experience in budget tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree. Microsoft Office Proficiency.
