We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and talented individual to join our team as a I2D Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst. Harmonizing, standardizing, and simplifying business processes at enterprise level are one of key program objectives.
The I2D end-to-end process includes Outbound & Inbound Logistics Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and reporting and Master Data Management.
This role will report to I2D Lead and be responsible for collaborating proactively to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong functional and technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively to provide very responsive support to this global application.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure project milestones and goals are met. Work with users to develop / scope functional requirements, conduct FIT-GAP Analysis, develop detail functional specifications, review technical specifications, prepare use case scenarios / test scripts, implement functional testing, and prepare cut-over plans
- Partner with I2D team, implementation partners, cross-workstreams and business stakeholders to develop business processes, including configuration, integration, master data, and reporting spanning functions of inbound and outbound logistics for both warehouse and non-warehouse locations, inventory management, inventory count and adjustments, internal warehouse processes, production processes, transportation management, returns management, integration with global trade
- Evaluate requirements, satellite application integration needs, and technical solutions of SAP I2D modules and translate into detailed functional specifications
- Work with teams to perform system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
- Work with other value stream team leads and I2D team members as one cohesive team; collaborate with other process teams within the ERP program: Change Management team, Application Development and Technology team, Data team, Audit and Controls team; work with the System Integrator team and manage a collaborative working relationship
- Develop knowledge/competency in super users and subject matter experts throughout the business; ensure instructional materials are accurate; provide subject matter expertise for end-user training delivery
- Keep up to date on industry trends and innovations, changes in I2D business functions, and future SAP development for their respective process areas or functional areas
- Support business users in the delivery of end-user training and prepare business for the solution deployment and transition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
- 7+ years overall experience supporting the I2D processes
- Knowledge of SAP best practices, standard I2D processes, and master data
- Hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) configuration and customization.
- Experience in Warehouse structure design, inbound and outbound processing, picking, packing, staging, put away and stock removal strategies, Handling unit management, Cross docking, physical inventory and cycle counting
- Knowledge of SAP Transportation management
- Experience with gathering requirements, configuration, testing, and training
- Guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects and assess development to ensure consistency with initial design
- Ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously with a high degree of independence
- Project management skills in planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigation; excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to influencing decisions balancing among business objectives, ERP standard functionalities, development efforts and change management needs
- Positive attitude and comfortable managing ambiguity and conflict
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interfacing with the business and IT leaders on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process transformation for a global company
- Experience in general process and procedures for the areas of Outbound & Inbound Logistics Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management
- Experience in ERP implementations and influencing project management team and key stakeholders in a manufacturing environment

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay Range If applicable, use the Watts standard language: "The expected salary range for this position is $132,000 - $152,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law."
