As a Maintenance Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant assets and critical infrastructure. Partnering with the Plant Manager, you will drive maintenance strategies that maximize uptime, improve asset reliability, and support overall operational performance. You will lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on proactive preventive and predictive maintenance, while also overseeing the troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical systems. You will play a key role in optimizing performance by improving efficiency, enhancing quality, and reducing costs-delivering consistent results aligned with plant objectives.
