We are seeking a QA / Business Analyst to support software delivery through a blend of manual quality assurance (70%) and business analysis (30%). This role partners closely with Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure highquality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities * Perform manual testing, including creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scenarios * Identify, track, and validate resolution of defects * Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners throughout Agile sprints * Manage test cases, defects, user stories, and sprint activities using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools * Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear, testable acceptance criteria * Create and maintain asis / tobe process documentation Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on manual testing * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Handson experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools * Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.
