TEKsystems has a client that is looking to hire for a Vice President of AI Transformation out of their head quarters in Troy, Michigan. This role will be very strategic and functional as they will be the face of building their AI roadmap, influencing and developing plans with technical IT leadership, and help drive AI adoption and change management as it relates to AI. This will be a new team that is being built out in real-time. Currently the VPAI will be working hand in hand with their Director of AI & Systems to identify areas to grow AI usage and adoption and return ROI to the business. The ideal candidate will have great business acumen and be able to routinely working with both technical stakeholders as well as the C suite to align IT with the business on AI implementation, adoption, drive process change to incorporate AI, and prioritize high impact use cases across the enterprise. Technical execution will be driven by the Director that will report into this position. Skills Change management, Program management, Digital platform, Organizational change, Strategy, Organizational change management, AI Change, Project Management, People Management, Process mapping, Digital Additional Skills & Qualifications Executive-level transformation leader who can influence across all levels and personalities. Strong change-management mindset with experience driving adoption, not just setting strategy. Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with speed, ambiguity, and evolving priorities. Able to work closely with the COO, executive team, and peer VPs. Enterprise AI strategy and investment roadmap aligned to business goals and ROI. Prioritization of high-impact opportunities across departments. Cross-functional alignment, accountability, and portfolio visibility. Executive and board reporting on adoption, performance improvement, and business impact. This role does not require: - Technical AI architecture and knowledge - Recent hands on technical experience.
