Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Platform Rollout: Own the end-to-end adoption of IBM Targetprocess, ensuring teams across the company understand how to use the tool to manage their work and strategy. Design Custom Solutions: Configure the platform to fit our specific needs; building dashboards, custom views, and automated workflows that make work visible and reporting easy. Bridge the Data Gap: Connect Targetprocess with other tools (like Azure DevOps and Apptio One) to ensure all project and financial data is accurate and synced in one place. Coach & Train Teams: Act as the go-to expert and internal coach, creating simple training guides and running workshops to help everyone from engineers to executives get the most out of the tool. Improve Processes: Regularly review how we use the platform to find ways to work faster, cut out manual updates, and better align our daily tasks with our big-picture goals. Knowledge and Requirements: Experience with Agile project management software like Microsoft Azure DevOps and Target Process preferred. Open to experience with similar tools like Rally or Jira Align. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships Proficient written and verbal communication skills Possesses working knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies Possesses working knowledge of software development life cycles Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make sound decisions High technical domain proficiency.
