Project Manager (E-Commerce)

We're seeking a junior to intermediate (4-7 years of experience) Ecommerce Project Manager eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating business requirements and priorities while acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and development/IT teams. The ideal candidate has exposure to commerce tools & platforms along with SFMC, and AEM, and is comfortable supporting ecommerce projects across the full lifecycle-from planning through execution and delivery.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

* PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.

* Experience with e-commerce platforms (SFMC / AEM)

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques preferred.

* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience in managing remote or distributed teams.

* Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

* Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies preferred.

* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

* Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and online sales strategies.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with budgeting and financial management.
