Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Medical Solutions Lead - Rheumatology who is scientifically driven, collaborative, and strategic to join us in our US Medical Affairs team, based in our Atlanta, Georgia office.

About the role

You will provide strategic medical and scientific leadership in rheumatology to support the successful implementation of product and evidence-generation plans in the US. This role partners closely with internal teams and external experts to ensure medical initiatives are aligned, impactful, and scientifically rigorous across the product lifecycle.

Who you'll work with

You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Health Economics, Commercial teams, and external rheumatology experts. You will collaborate with medical leaders and field-based colleagues to deliver high-quality scientific engagement and data-driven medical strategies.

What you'll do

  • Provide strategic medical leadership for products with rheumatology indications
  • Develop data generation plans aligned with medical and scientific priorities
  • Partner with outcomes research teams on evidence-generation initiatives
  • Engage external rheumatology experts to gather scientific insights
  • Review and support publications and scientific congress activities
  • Ensure medical accuracy of promotional and educational materials

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Minimum requirements

  • Doctorate degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years of strategic in-house Medical Affairs experience or 7 years of field medical affairs Medical Science Liaison
  • Experience supporting products in rheumatology or immunology
  • This is a hybrid role (at least 40% of the time in office).

Preferred requirements

  • Experience in US medical affairs within biopharmaceutical companies
  • Advanced scientific knowledge in immunology or rheumatology
  • Experience working with external medical experts and advisors
  • Strong project leadership in matrix organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal scientific communication skills
  • Strong understanding of medical research and evidence generation
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $181,000-$238,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
