Reporting to the Regional Manager of Recycle NOW, the Weekend Supervisor is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Doorstep Collection Specialists to deliver doorstep collection service for up to 30 multi-family apartment communities throughout Dallas Fort Worth area. This role oversees weekend operations including training, performance management, and ensuring consistent coverage. This position requires a blend of hands-on leadership, team supervision, and strong organizational skills to deliver seamless operations and exceed service expectations.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

$9000 Annual Transportation Stipend (along with mileage reimbursement of 22.8 cents per mile).

Work Schedule: Thursday through Monday

Work Environment: Approximately 70% of time will be spent in the field managing and optimizing day-to-day operations, with the remaining 30% dedicated to administrative tasks from a home office.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct nightly oversight of Doorstep Collection Specialists and Foremen through on-site visits and administrative portal monitoring
  • Complete and maintain daily and weekly company logs in accordance with company standards
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence through consistent communication and team engagement
  • Provide training on company procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and best practices, while instilling our mission of delivering exceptional service
  • Provide hands-on support by covering properties as needed to maintain service continuity
  • Proactively manage team performance through coaching, development, regular communication, and recognition; addressing issues early and taking action when needed
  • Deliver consistent weekly manager updates via email or phone to ensure alignment and visibility
  • Maintain strong relationships with property managers through regular site visits, monthly touchpoints, and timely (within 24 hours) response to inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve service issues promptly and effectively to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Other items as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to effectively lead and support teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook for email and calendar management, and basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting
  • Ability to oversee associates across multiple communities, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery while prioritizing operational needs
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations
  • Ability to analyze operational metrics, identify inefficiencies or service gaps, and implement solutions that improve performance
  • Highly adaptable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adjust priorities and strategies as business needs change
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional, and supportive guidance to associates
  • Proven ability to motivate and engage teams, fostering collaboration and a positive, productive work environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Physical Requirements & Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Ability to lift and carry a fifty-pound (50 lb.) tote bag up and down stairs and have a willingness to be exposed to disagreeable odors
  • Ability to frequently work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work split schedules and/or be on call during irregular hours
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle in a manner consistent with local and state rules and regulations and company policy

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
