Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Works independently under the guidance of and in conjunction with the laboratory leadership in accomplishing the goals of the laboratory. The Technical & Compliance Manager will work in collaboration with the Alliance Lab Director, the lab medical director(s), the Testing Manager, and the Quality Senior Manager to complete initiatives, complex troubleshooting, and systems upgrades/updates in a timely manner and within the appropriate regulatory compliance expectations. The Technical & Compliance Manager is the primary point of contact for real-time support for instrument, calibration, and quality control troubleshooting. This role is primarily based at the South Lake Union campus (825 Eastlake Ave. E, Seattle, WA). This role also oversees and occasionally travels to our community site labs at:

The annual base salary range for this position is from $120,932.00 to $191,131.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. 1.0 FTE - Exempt role - Monday through Fri - 8a-5p Onsite -This position is based out of the South Lake Union campus (May help cover our Satellite labs as needed) This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.
