Your RoleinOur Team:

As aPrincipalPlatform Engineer, you will serve as the subject-matter expert for Oracle Fusion Product Hub, with a primary focus on product data maintenance and secondary, hands-on responsibility for Inventory Management. You will partner closely with functional stakeholders supporting item setup, product structures, and master data governance toestablishand drive best-practice usage of Oracle Fusion applications across Milwaukee Tool.

In this role, you will collaborate with both technical and business teams to define, implement, andmonitordata quality metrics that enable proactive issue identification, improve master data accuracy, andoptimizeend-to-end product data management processes. You will also influence the evolution of Oracle Fusion platform usage and implementation standards to align with Milwaukee Tool's business requirements and continuously improve operational outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings7+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations withdemonstratedexpertisein Product Hub, item lifecycle management, and inventory configuration within complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.

You'llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • DriveOracle PDH and inventory managementsolutions across stakeholders inmaster datamanagementproduct data management and inventory management functions. Coordinate with other functional teams to driveappropriate transformationsand support new projects.

  • Lead the definition of functional strategy and vision andidentifyinnovation opportunities

  • Establish data quality metrics and processes to improve data quality

  • Participate in and contribute to the solution design (encompassing process,dataand system architectures) with solutions to support the evolution ofthe platform.

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,that drive solutioning and design.

  • Translate business requirements to functional requirements, develop functional design in adherence with architecture standards and principles, and provide clarification of technical requirements as input for a dedicated technical development staff

  • Complete impact assessments that outline the impact of new functionality and enhancements

  • Work independently and as a member of the platform delivery team in the application development lifecycle, including the design,coordinationand execution of testing of new or upgraded application functionality.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders across the company-deliver information to executiveleadershipand work with Applications,Solution Delivery,Program Management,and Operations team members to define user requirements

  • Serve as Level 3 support and coordinate with lower levels of support to improve their knowledge and ability to handle support calls.

The TOOLSyou'llbring with you:

  • ABachelor's degree in computer scienceorbusiness-related field, and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years of experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Product Data Hubwith multiple full lifecycle implementations

  • OTBI report and dashboard developmentincluding SQL

  • FBDI skills toassistin managing data imports

  • Experience with integration patterns and solutions related to product data, product lifecycle management, and product master data management.

  • Results oriented collaborative team player.

OtherTOOLSwe prefer you to have:

  • ExperiencewithPLMsoftwareincluding Oracle Product Lifecycle Management,Product Development Cloud, Product Information Management, and CAD.

  • Technicalexpertise, leadership, and networking in theOracleplatform community.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Decisive in handling difficult business requirements. Translates requirements into practical solutions.

  • Manage multiple tasks at one time and quickly and accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to build multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and organize

  • Results oriented with hands on approach

  • Has a passion for their business area of expertise

  • Ability to travel to other Milwaukee Tool locations on occasion/asrequired.
