Licensing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to directly influence the presence of iconic brands in the marketplace, supporting the management of product categories and licensee portfolios to meet ambitious revenue targets and growth objectives. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring strategic alignment and the successful execution of brand plans, making a tangible impact on how these cherished brands connect with consumers.

**What You'll Do:**

As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support in managing product categories and a portfolio of licensees. Your work will directly contribute to achieving revenue targets and growth objectives, playing a vital role in bringing beloved products to market. You'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic execution.

* Develop and maintain essential team tools such as planning calendars, fact sheets, brand presentations, and partner directories.

* Facilitate the review and approval process for brand and marketing submissions among key stakeholders.

* Manage internal communications regarding brand updates and tool availability.

* Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and distribution of notes, with follow-up as necessary.

* Conduct competitive analysis, tracking campaigns and providing insightful updates.

* Support the team in developing compelling presentation materials.

* Liaise with legal and business affairs to ensure necessary clearances and maintain tracking resources for all brand-related documents and filings.

* Provide product support by coordinating with relevant teams to secure accurate product images and release timelines. Gather physical products or imagery for presentations and public relations needs.

* Coordinate and actively participate in team brainstorming sessions.

* Assist in the daily development and implementation of brand plans.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented.

* Confident, but able to ask for assistance when uncertain.

* Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of initiatives/issues simultaneously.

* Strong project management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and dealing with time constraints.

* Excellent organizational skills.

* Excellent interpersonal, solid written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

* Ability to build relationships, be flexible/adaptable, and capable of collaborating, influencing, and persuading.

* Possess strong analytical skills.

* Resourceful, innovative, and responsive to change.

* Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Keynote).

* Familiarity with leading entertainment and consumer product brands and their businesses.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated advanced presentation design and delivery capabilities.
