**What you'll do:**

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and potential risks or dependencies for foundational programs.

* Craft detailed project plans, segmenting projects into distinct phases and proactively identifying associated risks and interdependencies.

* Gather essential data on program progress from stakeholders, meticulously maintaining project trackers and status reports.

* Drive the execution of program tasks, integrating best practices for product quality and excellence, inclusive design principles, and upholding brand trust and reputation.

* Collect and analyze data to inform mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation reports, ensuring continuous improvement.

* Facilitate productive and effective meetings, guiding discussions and ensuring clear outcomes.

* Develop and disseminate clear, organized program communications, ensuring immediate stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.

* Define and document team roles and responsibilities across various projects.

* Partner with stakeholders to create detailed stakeholder maps, identify potential misalignments, and coordinate resolutions to keep projects on track.
