Overview The Principal Recruiter is a true strategic business partner to our hiring teams, with the ability to utilize recruitment expertise to effectively partner with managers across assigned departments in proactively sourcing, attracting and hiring the best qualified talent. This role will have specific focus areas, so the Recruiter will need to have solid experience in corporate hiring (such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) with healthcare tech experience a big plus. Responsibilities
Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Recruitment efforts include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing a talent pipeline to hire talent within the business.

Base compensation ranges from $94,000.00 to $124,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
