The AI Network Product Manager at Supermicro is responsible for defining, promoting, and delivering Supermicro Ethernet switch products and nextgeneration AIpowered networking solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role encompasses product management, network product management, AI network product management, program management, and solution product management, including promotion, planning, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining the product and solution vision. The AI Network Product Manager works closely with engineering, purchasing, contract manufacturers, vendors, sales, marketing, support, and key customers to manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software capabilities from concept and roadmap through launch, adoption, and end of life (EOL) ensuring highquality execution and that the products support Supermicro's overall strategy, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, business-related preferred
* 5+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience preferred
* 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
* Excellent knowledge of networking is required
* Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
* Effective organization and planning skills
* Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations
* Creative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions
* Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
* Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
* Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Solid communications skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
* Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus Salary Range
$130,000-$160,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
