We areseekinga highly skilled and detail-orientedSeniorProduct Owner with experience in Agile best practicesand clientinteractionsto join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectivesandenablingcommercial revenue requirements.You will collaborate closely with the team's Product Manager and stakeholders to ensure that features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Your work will be integral in aligning team activities with company goals and driving the execution of the team's roadmap.

Job Description
  • Agile Ceremony Leadership:Facilitateand manage team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and weekly retrospectives.
  • Backlog Management: Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are fully understood and actionable by the development team.
  • Ticket Management and Sign-off: Define acceptance criteria and sign off on completed tickets to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on team progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to inform future work.
  • Roadmap Execution: Work closely with the Product Manager to align on and execute theteamroadmap, ensuring initiatives are on track and meeting business priorities.
  • KPI Tracking and Reporting: Track and report team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures), providing visibility into the team's performance and areas for improvement.
  • Revenue Enablement:This position plays a critical role in ensuringtimelyincident response and roadmap storytelling across a group of commercial stakeholders to support successful renewals,pocs, and new client acquisitions.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile Best Practices: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication:Demonstratedskill in written English with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Must be able to effectively communicate in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and ability to translate product and technical requirements into actionable user stories.
  • API Expertise:Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, test, andoptimizeAPI integrations
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability toleveragedata insights to measure progress, inform decisions, andoptimizeteam performance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Demonstratedskill inanticipatingand resolving conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Experience in Product Ownership:Previousexperience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Client-Facing Solutions:Previousexperience working with clients either in product,ora commercial discipline.Experience working with clients on data integrations, responding to incidents or outages, and creating powerful client-facing roadmap narratives ispreferred.

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:83,700.00- 103,000.00 USD Annual. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
