Job Overview:

The Administrative & Accounting Coordinator supports daily office operations across multiple branches while assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-branch environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary front office contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, and maintaining the company phone system.
  
  
• Perform general administrative support, including completing forms, maintaining organized digital records, and managing office supplies and purchasing.
  
  
• Maintain internal employee information.
  
  
• Provide accounting support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  
  
• Support sales tax and compliance activities.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  
  
• 2+ years of office related experience

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  
  
• Proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software

Preferences:

• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) software (or another ERP)
  
  
• Accounting (AP/AR) related experience
  
  

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
