Compile and analyze financial information in order to transact journal entries to the general ledger.
• Review Balance Sheet reconciliations to identify and address action items, facilitating General Ledger cleanup
• Review bank reconciliations to identify and address action items in conjunction with AP and Payroll departments
• Prepare and reviews intercompany billings, ensuring intercompany accounts are cleared timely and in balance
• Identify potential reconciling differences for various accounts and works with the team to resolve differences.
• Assist in preparation, coordination, and input of month-end closing schedules and entries.
• Assist with internal and annual external audits.
• Assist with sales and use tax filings.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Developing analytical skills.
