Responsibilities:



  • Actively manages purchase order workflows in SAP to support business needs.
  • Works with appropriate parties to resolve invoice issues to minimize overdue invoices.
  • Identifies and resolves potential supplier problems.
  • Ensures goods are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Introduce and manage efficiencies through effective purchasing.
  • Monitors cost and supplier performance.
  • Maintains files and records related to purchasing activities.

  • Placing Timely Purchase Requirements maintaining customer fulfillment.
  • Mastering and Maintaining master data elements for efficient purchase execution.
  • Maintains on time and in full deliveries with suppliers.
  • Proactively manages supplier relations, confidently bringing teams together for problem resolutions.
  • Must be a leader.


What You Bring:



  • Education: BA or BS, APICS Certification Desired
  • Work Experience: 5+ years in procurement environment; able to lead teams.
  • SAP and Kinaxis experience desired
  • Independent, Out of the Box Problem Solving
  • Negotiation, good oral and written communications, proficient with Power Poin, Excel, and Word.


Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $41.63 to $57.30 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
