Position Description R.S. Hughes is seeking a Senior National Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain and Corporate functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT). This role will also help strengthen our external employment brand. This position is critical to building a strong, scalable talent pipeline that supports our growth across North America. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of hiring high-performing sales talent within industrial distribution, while also demonstrating the ability to recruit across multiple functions and partner effectively with leaders across the business. What Success Looks Like
Target Base Compensation range for this exempt role is 80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience) This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and 12% annual company funded Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
Experience
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, UKG Pro Recruiting, etc.) (required)
