Location: Nashua, NH

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure maximum uptime of manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
• Ensure equipment uptime by managing preventive maintenance and repair programs
• Schedule inspections and respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Oversee maintenance budgets, cost control, and spare parts availability
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and replacements
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance systems, and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• High level of accountability and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
