Looking for a real deal warehouse gig in %%location%%? We're hiring Shipping and Receiving Associate pros who can haul, stack, scan, and ship - and still have energy left for Friday night. This isn't a suit-and-tie office job. This is hands-on, boots-on, get-it-done work with a crew that's got your back.

What You'll Do (the daily grind that keeps it moving)

• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Organize orders, material pulls, and workflows to ensure efficient processing
• Safely operate forklifts, side loaders, and cranes to load/unload LTL and flatbed shipments
• Process inbound materials including purchase orders, returns, interbranch transfers, and damaged freight
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage backorders and material releases
• Communicate with customers, sales, and logistics teams to resolve order inquiries
• Handle shipping documentation and arrange carrier pickups using UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO standards, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintain warehouse organization using 5S principles

What You'll Need (no fluff, just the facts)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift certification required; crane or side loader experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx shipping programs, and inventory processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Lift and move 10-50 lbs regularly
• Stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments
