Senior Clinical Trials Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote - U.S.-based)

Pay: Up to $72/hr (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Trials to provide strategic and operational leadership across global clinical programs. This role is responsible for driving the successful execution of complex clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Trial Managers and study teams
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of global clinical trials, ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Translate program strategy into operational plans, timelines, and resource needs
  • Manage CROs and external vendors, including performance, contracts, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Provide data-driven updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
  • Oversee clinical trial budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Maintain strong relationships with investigators, clinical sites, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure audit and inspection readiness across all study activities
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical operations processes



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of clinical research experience, including global trials
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience within clinical trial operations
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Experience:



  • Background in cardiology clinical trials and renal denervation (RDN)
  • Experience leading audits and regulatory inspections
