ICON is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will orchestrate go-to-market strategies, positioning, and media buying and planning for ICON's innovative product offerings, ensuring successful launches and sustained market growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to deeply understand our audiences and develop compelling narratives that drive demand and elevate the ICON brand.
Your focus will span across all company initiatives-including but not limited to our B2C initiatives such as home sales and new project showcases, as well as B2B focused construction technology and materials initiatives, and new campaign launches-with the goal of translating complex technology into clear, impactful value propositions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can turn big-picture ideas into effective, data-backed campaigns that generate leads, drive adoption, and deliver measurable results.
