Preferred experience applying enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support analysis, problemsolving, and endtoend project execution.

The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations delivers high-impact analytical support that improves sales performance, forecast accuracy, and execution consistency. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role supports sales forecasting, pipeline health, territory and account insights, quota and incentive effectiveness analysis, and recurring performance management routines.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, performance management, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, performance reporting, and sales productivity in a complex, multi-market environment preferred; experience working with CRM systems and sales performance data preferred.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Analyst Sales Operations, you will:

  • Support enterprise forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting for sales leadership, including forecast accuracy and leading indicators.
  • Frame analytical questions, identify the right data sources, and complete analysis with minimal day-to-day direction.
  • Analyze territory and account performance to support coverage decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities using whitespace and opportunity analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for quota and incentive programs (e.g., attainment and impact analysis).
  • Support quota, crediting, and incentive-related analyses as needed; may occasionally assist with compensation calculations in partnership with the appropriate teams.
