**Responsibilities:**

* **Design Consulting & Creation:**

* Facilitate collaborative design sessions, including sketching and ideation.

* Lead design reviews and drive critical design decisions.

* Develop comprehensive design solutions, considering the full spectrum of user experiences, from professional consultations to end-user interactions.

* Translate established design patterns and systems into practical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

* Visualize design concepts clearly through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes, providing appropriate documentation.

* Embrace an iterative approach to achieve design excellence.

* **Design Management & Process Improvement:**

* Set clear expectations with project teams and effectively prioritize design activities.

* Create and maintain robust design schedules.

* Communicate project status and agreements to stakeholders.

* Review work with leadership, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.

* Actively participate in and support user research efforts.

* Contribute to improving design processes and methodologies, focusing on both effectiveness and efficiency.

* **Expertise & Collaboration:**

* Maintain and uphold the highest design standards within the team.

* Execute primary design activities, create deliverables, and conduct quality assurance at an expert level.

* Collaborate seamlessly with all partners to ensure successful project delivery.

* Support fellow team members and strategically incorporate feedback to guide project delivery.

* Demonstrate a collaborative and cooperative spirit, maintaining a flexible design perspective when presented with new information.

* Exhibit passion for the team's mission, user needs, and the field of UX design.

* **User Empathy & Continuous Learning:**

* Cultivate a deep understanding of user needs, empathizing with their experiences.

* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design solutions.

* Actively engage in learning about design theory, best practices, and new tools.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proven expertise in user experience design, including facilitating design sessions, leading reviews, and driving design decisions.

* Demonstrated ability to create design solutions for complex user journeys, from professional to consumer-facing experiences.

* Proficiency in visualizing ideas through various methods (sketching, diagramming, wireframing, prototyping) and providing clear documentation.

* Experience in managing design schedules, setting project expectations, and communicating status effectively.

* Strong commitment to maintaining high design standards and conducting thorough quality assurance.

* Experience participating in and supporting user research initiatives.

* Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to strategically incorporate feedback.

* A flexible and adaptable mindset, open to new information and evolving design perspectives.

* A genuine passion for user-centered design, empathy for users, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation.
