**What You'll Do:**

* Create and update comprehensive tech packs utilizing digital and 3D software.

* Develop detailed garment specifications.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, and material teams to communicate design intent, material choices, construction details, and graphic placements.

* Track and request prototypes, managing calendar target dates to ensure timely delivery.

* Lead proto review sessions, collecting feedback and capturing comments to achieve buy-ready product.

* Act as a technical resource, offering recommendations that elevate craft and quality.

* Manage multiple projects across various accessory classifications seasonally.

* Work with manufacturing partners and vendors to ensure and improve manufacturability.

**What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):**

* Minimum of 3-5 years of directly relevant work experience in product development, product design, technical development/design, or product creation.

* Hands-on experience creating tech packs.

* Proven experience creating garment specifications.

* Strong knowledge of the knit product development process, including raw materials, knit structure, costing, manufacturing, and machinery.

* Proficiency with design and technical specification software.

* Experience with 3D product development software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Highly collaborative nature with the ability to influence teams.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

* Proficiency with standard office productivity software.

**Stand Out From The Crowd (Preferred Skills):**

* Experience with knitting, especially geared towards socks.

* Experience with soft goods, apparel, or footwear if knitting experience is limited.

* Background in yarn product development.

* Experience with textiles, finishings, embellishment, trims, and graphic applications.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as apparel/footwear technical design/development, industrial design, or mechanical design.

* Advanced proficiency with various 3D product development software platforms.
