Job Description: Program Overview The Finance Rotational Program is designed to attract and develop high-potential MBA graduates and early career professionals with a strong interest in corporate finance, energy, and infrastructure. This program provides hands-on experience across multiple finance functions through structured rotations, offering exposure to real business challenges, senior leadership, and strategic decision-making. Participants will complete three to four rotations over 12-18 months, gaining broad exposure to how finance operates across a complex, fast-paced organization. ***While participants will be considered for full-time opportunities, placement into a permanent role at the conclusion of the program is not guaranteed.
