Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:

Incumbent applies advanced knowledge of business intellgience practices to lead complex projects and play a critical role in providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize the performance and growth of the Care at Home platform. Primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business, enabling data-driven decision-making and facilitating business performance monitoring. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and finance, to support the achievement of key business objectives. The following functions related to data management are central to this role: extraction, storage, manages integrity, creates, and develops technical specifications, analyzes and independently develops/generates reports with input from users and/or others within the unit. Uses advanced data interpretation skills, database configuration skills, to contribute to translation of critical information to support performance improvement efforts organization wide; improve outcomes; and report data to public and private entities. Resolves highly complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors. Drafts technical and complex presentations for a wide variety of audiences. Supports leadership and multi-disciplinary teams from across the organization in monitoring and improving process performance and quality.


What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner. Ability to produce and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge and skill in internal databases, BI applications, tools, and systems. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data analysis techniques.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with managers, professional and technical staff.
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage highly-complex information, assess problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to serve as an advanced technical leader providing advice, counsel, and analysis on business intelligence issues.
  • 5+ years of analytical and data management experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma as an improvement methodology
