Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Incumbent applies advanced knowledge of business intellgience practices to lead complex projects and play a critical role in providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize the performance and growth of the Care at Home platform. Primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business, enabling data-driven decision-making and facilitating business performance monitoring. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and finance, to support the achievement of key business objectives. The following functions related to data management are central to this role: extraction, storage, manages integrity, creates, and develops technical specifications, analyzes and independently develops/generates reports with input from users and/or others within the unit. Uses advanced data interpretation skills, database configuration skills, to contribute to translation of critical information to support performance improvement efforts organization wide; improve outcomes; and report data to public and private entities. Resolves highly complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors. Drafts technical and complex presentations for a wide variety of audiences. Supports leadership and multi-disciplinary teams from across the organization in monitoring and improving process performance and quality.
