Position Summary The Executive Assistant (EA) will be an administrative partner for four members of ANSI executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professional discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities across multiple executives simultaneously. Their work will enable senior executives to focus on strategic organizational objectives by managing communications, scheduling, logistics, and special projects. Essential Functions
  • Manage multi-executive calendars with precision, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving scheduling challenges.
  • Coordinate internal and external meeting logistics.
  • Organize and/or prepare materials for meetings, offsite retreats, and executive events.
  • Arrange travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries using Concur.
  • Assume responsibility for accurately reporting and ensuring timely reimbursement of business expenses using Concur.
  • Coordinate logistics for presentations, meetings, or events including AV, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Work with office staff to procure supplies relevant to executive staff offices.
  • Working knowledge of the Workday HR system is a benefit but not required.
Information Security Responsibilities
  • Attend/complete assigned information security training by the designated completion date.
  • Read and adhere to published ISMS policies and procedures.
  • Report timely any observed violations of ISMS policy - or known encroachments on information security - to your department leader and/or the Information Technology Department.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably also with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment strongly preferred.
Other Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent senior leaders professionally.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
  • Proficiency in Concur and Workday.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and operate effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Starting compensation will be in the $74,400 to $82,800 range, depending on education, experience, and other qualifications.
