Job Description Right At School - a place to be a kid! Part-Time After-School Site Leader: We Call Our Program Managers: Right At School provides local school districts with before and after-school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! Right At School's mission emphasizes a commitment to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind. We do this by building a team of mission-driven individuals who are passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children. Our vision is to bring exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow. Summer Camp Leader: $17-$20 per hour (based on education and experience) Schedule/Hours: Summer Camp hours, June through July, will vary and be part-time, between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm. Fall 26-27 School Year: This role has the possibility of working into the fall 26-27 school year, starting in August: Before and After Split Shift, Monday through Friday - 6:00 am-8:00 am and return for the Afternoon program 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm (may vary slightly). Required split-shift before school and after school availability! One year of supervisor/management experience Location: Inside the Medina Valley School District Required: Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED. One year of supervisor/management experience 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management. Documentation will be required prior to moving forward. At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program. Please note that all candidates are required to provide proof of the qualifications listed in the job description during the interview process. Additionally, please be prepared to provide references to verify at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting and one year in a supervisory role.
