Job Description:

The Marketing Events Operations (Senior Associate) is a member of the Marketing team (Strategic Growth Office). This role will specialize in the orchestration and administration of off-site meetings and events. As the project manager for off-site events, the Lead is responsible for the seamless execution of each event, ensuring that every detail aligns with Crowe's commitment to excellence in client service. In this role, you will collaborate with the Meeting and Event Service Leader, Meeting Support Services Lead, and Marketing Event Lead, to coordinate and support off-site firm meetings and events utilizing diverse delivery formats and digital technologies. The Lead will ensure service level agreement (SLA) expectations are met, provide guidance, assist with preparation, review, and guarantee an outstanding meeting and event experience. This role encompasses a broad range of project activities, from the creation and refinement of deliverables to the meticulous editing, formatting, proofing, and mapping of these materials. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized software, the Lead ensures that all deliverables are processed in strict adherence to the Firm's established standards. This role requires you to be at select events and will require travel. This role is responsible for collaborating with Event and Meeting Services Leader and Event and Meeting Services Support Lead on the development, communication, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures for related services and responsible for applying standardized processes and procedures across meetings and events. Handles complex logistics planning and scheduling for meetings and events. Acts as a lead executor of shipping, vendor communication, and on-site logistics.

The successful candidate should be an advocate for continuous improvement, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a comprehensive skill set encompassing people management, communication, project coordination, organization, and process management. Knowledge of the internal business practices and priorities is essential to support various projects with a commitment to quality, precision, and confidentiality. This individual will contribute thought leadership, innovative ideas, and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. Exceptional communication skills are critical. Technical proficiency in work request management, financial tracking, and virtual and offsite event delivery and support applications, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is crucial. The expertise is necessary to ensure that the team's work complies with Firm Standards. The position reports to the Marketing Events Operations Lead (Manager).

This role demands strong understanding of options and resources to support cultural and religious diversity and dietary requirements and a strong desire to improve best practices and ensure all processes, policies, programs and related suppliers/vendors and venues employ sustainable practices to ensure meetings and events embrace environmental stewardship and reflect Crowe's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for medium-to-large events (scheduling, shipping, venue setup).

  • Maintain responsibility for inventory, vendor communication, and shipping timelines.

  • Execute small event project plans from initiation to completion.

  • Collaborate on project plans, documentation, and sustainability practices.

  • Support catering processes for meetings and events across the firm

  • Mentor Associates and assist in training.

  • Provide reporting, escalate conflicts, and troubleshoot event logistics issues.

  • Perform administration role for event technology including Cvent, Survey Monkey, Poll Everywhere and others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or relevant field is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of event support or logistics experience required.

  • Project coordination and vendor management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required.

  • Proficiency in Cvent, Survey Monkey, Poll Everywhere, and other related platforms is a plus.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $63,700.00 - $133,400.00 per year.
