Role Overview We are looking for an Ink Formulator to join our Inkjet Materials R&D team onsite in Rochester, New York. This individual will work on the development and characterization of new ink formulations and materials for digital inkjet printing. Key Responsibilities: Development, evaluation and commercialization of new ink formulations Establishment of testing methods and expand internal infrastructure for IJ materials characterization Develop understanding of the fluid properties required for printing and product performance. Required Skills/Experience: ~5 to 10 years experience in the inks, printing or related industries Basic understanding of dispersions and related processes and materials History formulating ink for Piezoelectric based jetting a strong plus Working knowledge of color science Effective communication skills Ability to work collaboratively on teams Willingness to work hands-on in the lab Education Requirements: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science EOE Policy Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
