Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What Gets You on the Line

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with file management
• Ability to read, understand, and execute detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (35 lbs consistently for material handling)
• Stand and move for 6-12 hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital print production equipment (Canon/OCE VarioPrint, Konica Minolta)
• Familiarity with Fiery RIP software or similar print management systems

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and configure digital printing equipment to process print jobs
• Pull files from FTP folders, applications, or shared drives and prepare them for printing
• Adjust printer settings and job properties using front-end controls or software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
• Read and interpret job tickets to ensure specifications are met
• Perform proof checks and verify output accuracy against job requirements
• Load paper and materials into printers and manage stock levels
• Troubleshoot routine issues such as paper jams and print quality defects
• Maintain printer supplies and perform basic equipment upkeep
• Communicate with team members and escalate technical issues to service technicians when needed
• Operate multiple printers simultaneously to meet production demands
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
