APPLY TODAY What you'll do: Review current suppliers and find better or backup options to improve delivery and reduce costs Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers Coordinate logistics (shipping, warehousing, distribution) to ensure on-time delivery Identify and implement improvements to make the supply chain more efficient and cost-effective Conduct supplier audits when needed Identify risks (delays, quality issues, global factors) and put plans in place to prevent disruptions Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and finance teams to keep operations running smoothly Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management is required Minimum of 7 years of Project Management is required Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
