Location: Mount Holly Springs, PA
Employment Type: Contract to potential Direct
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: Up to $26/hr. **Based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM **Onsite

What You'll Do:

* Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking applicant progress in Workday.
* Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire materials, processing paperwork, and ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
* Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including personnel files and documentation such as I-9s.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including E-Verify requirements.
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support site and community events.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.
* High School Diploma required.

What Sets You Apart:

* Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including I-9, E-Verify, and labor laws.

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an HRIS such as Workday.
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
