| Position Summary |
Provides support to the head and assistant coaches in all areas related to player skill development as well as administrative duties. Manages video-related activities for the University of Georgia's Women's Basketball Operations, including the coordination, management, and video analysis of practice, and game clips for study, development and scout purposes. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with
NCAA,
SEC, and institutional rules and regulations. Will work independently as well as collaboratively to support the competitive success of the team. |

Player Skill Development:
- Encourage methods and techniques to help guide student-athletes to utilize their full potential in their overall development
- Serves as weight room liaison in conjunction with the Women's Basketball Athletic Trainer to help provide warm up motivations
- Provide student-athletes the opportunity to work together and excel on and off the court
- Participates in the production of videos for promotional, recruitment, and motivational use
- Video and analysis of practice, and game clips for study, development, and scout purposes
- Responsible for editing and clipping film as needed
- Coordinating scout team/scout players

Administrative & Basketball Gameday:
- Manage game day logistics and game day board, including picture of board and folder
- Gather and provide referee names
- Assist with pre-game warmups and shooting
- Breakdown of practice and game day film; post game content
- Assist with stats/charts in practice and games
- Create Player of the Game /Medals - quotes and board updates and oversee celebrity engagement
- Coordinating travel arrangements and ordering of food while travelling

Recruiting:
- Participates in activities related to on campus recruiting of prospective student-athletes, as well as off-campus recruiting as requested by the Head Coach
- Responsible for the organization and execution of official and unofficial visits to the University of Georgia including but not limited to: coordinating transportation - pick up and drop off van, golf carts, morning of travel orders.
- Coordinate player profiles for official visits
- Serves as Graduate Managers/Assistants liaison in conjunction with the Director of Player Development
- Ensures adherence to all SEC and NCAA policies and procedures Assist in all other areas as needed
