Description Directs and manages compliance with LaneA's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs across all projects in the assigned area, leading incident prevention efforts to achieve company and project goals. Ensures work area assessments are completed by area QHSE personnel and that results are tracked and addressed. Oversees and monitors training programs to ensure completion, effectiveness, and accurate tracking. Coaches, mentors, and provides development opportunities to QHSE professionals within the area to support career growth and ensure performance goals are met or exceeded. Ensures area and project QHSE programs are aligned with Lane standards and regulatory requirements. Tracks jobsite inspections and audits with emphasis on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors, and corrective actions. Participates in regulatory inspections and investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client requirements. Analyzes Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) data to identify and prevent potential safety, environmental, and quality hazards. Collaborates with the corporate insurance department to ensure accurate documentation of asset losses and workersA' compensation claims. Performs other duties as assigned.
