As the Head of Project Delivery & PMO, you will establish a high-performing PMO framework for Real Estate project governance. You will ensure end-to-end delivery excellence across all Real Estate and infrastructure programs, providing transparent, data-driven project reporting, analytics, and decision support. You will drive consistency, standardization, and compliance across project management practices, while optimizing cost, schedule, and quality outcomes across the Real Estate project portfolio and strengthening stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination.

1. PMO Governance & Frameworks



  • Develop and maintain Real Estate PMO governance, processes, templates, and standards
  • Define and monitor KPIs for project health, risk exposure, financial performance, and pipeline progress
  • Ensure compliance with corporate PMO, financial, legal, EHS, security, and Real Estate standards
  • Lead project prioritization processes and ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives


2. Project Management & Reporting



  • Manage the Real Estate project portfolio including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
  • Run project pipeline governance, including reviews, REBC alignment, and portfolio updates
  • Provide consolidated reporting for leadership, including dashboards, forecasts, milestones, and risk summaries
  • Ensure high accuracy and transparency of project data across tools and systems


3. Project Delivery Leadership



  • Oversee execution of Real Estate projects from initiation through closeout
  • Manage cross-functional coordination with other real estate teams, IT, FM, Security, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and local site teams
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and handover into operations
  • Ensure all projects meet expectations for cost, schedule, quality, functionality, and safety


4. Financial Management



  • Support project budgeting, Capex/Opex planning, and financial governance
  • Track financial progress including commitments, accruals, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Ensure REBC submissions adhere to standards and support investment decision-making
  • Identify cost optimizations, value engineering opportunities, and schedule efficiencies


5. Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance



  • Establish and maintain risk management frameworks for project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate policies
  • Develop quality-control mechanisms and conduct postproject evaluations and lessons learned
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and PMO processes


6. Stakeholder & Executive Communication



  • Serve as primary project and PMO interface for senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and leadership briefings
  • Communicate status updates, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned, managed, and met across project lifecycles



7. Team Leadership & Capability Building



  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers, coordinators, and partners
  • Promote consistent methodology adoption across internal and external project teams
  • Drive capability development through training, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice integration



You have:



  • 10 years experience in project or program management, preferably in Real Estate, construction, infrastructure, or technical environments
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-site project portfolios
  • Strong understanding of corporate Real Estate processes, building systems, and project delivery cycles
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid)
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and business case development
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), reporting tools, and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and strong organizational skillsy requires 7-10 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
